Visual Arts - Ajden 5A 'Be Respectful' Ajden has worked really hard to  focus and show respect during art. He listens to feedback and takes it on board happily. He enthusiastically volunteers to help clean art supplies and always uses his manners.

Chinese - Caileigh 5B ‘Be Respectful’ Caileigh showed great improvement with her volume during class time. She learned to redirect herself and regulate her volume. She is now engaging in her learning in a respectful and appropriate manner. Well done and keep up the good work!

 

6A - Gurjaap for consistently upholding the school values in everything he does. Though quiet, Gurjaap shows a growing confidence, which is beginning to emerge in his interactions with peers. I especially enjoy how he challenges me with his Maths problems!

6B - Kim Thank you for consistently modelling the values of Deer Park West Primary School. Your unwavering dedication to demonstrating respect towards both staff and peers sets a commendable example for all. Your commitment to always giving your best in learning, coupled with your positive attitude towards school, is truly inspiring. Furthermore, your leadership and organisational skills reflect the high standards we strive for at our school. Keep up the fantastic work!

6C - Lani ‘Be Respectful’ for always having a cheerful attitude and treating classmates and teachers with kindness and respect. Lani listens carefully, speaks politely, and helps make our classroom a friendly and welcoming place for everyone.

 

5A - Ziah ‘Be Respectful’ for consistently exhibiting a cheerful attitude and engaging with peers and teachers in a manner that reflects kindness and respect. 

5B - Caileigh ‘Be Respectful’ for consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and treating both peers and teachers with kindness and respect. 

5C - Aiden ‘Be Respectful’ for treating everyone around with respect and using kind words. Your upbeat attitude and thoughtful treatment of others contributes significantly to a positive classroom atmosphere.

 

4A - Khenrab 'Be Respectful' Congratulations for showing enormous respect for others by offering another student support and comfort while on our Lady Northcote Long Day Excursion. Your kindness and thoughtfulness set a wonderful example for our whole school community.

4B -Audrey 'Be a Learner' for always focusing on her learning and giving 100% effort in all of the tasks. Audrey enjoys learning new skills and is always willing to assist others with their learning. Fantastic work Audrey!

4C - Thomas ‘Be a Learner’ This week Thomas has been trying to contribute more to class discussions. He has responded to questions when asked and initiating conversations within the classroom environment. I’m super proud of your efforts, keep it up!

 

3A - Zak ‘Be Respectful’ Zak demonstrated respect as he actively engaged in learning tasks. He worked well during partner activities, helping his partners and sharing the work. Well done Zak, keep it up! 

3B - Andrew ‘Be Respectful’ for consistently raising your hand during learning time when you have a question, and waiting to be called upon. This, alongside your use of polite language, demonstrates a high level of respect. Well done, Andrew!

3C - Ky 'Be Respectful' This award is for his time split into another class. He demonstrated excellent respect and maturity. He followed the classroom expectations, listened attentively, and consistently raised his hand to speak. It was lovely to hear that he represented our class so positively. Go, Ky!

 

2A- Mason for always being an enthusiastic and respectful member of the class. Mason is always up for a challenge, especially in maths, and shows great curiosity when new concepts are introduced. You are an exceptional learner, Mason! A very big well done to you! 

2B - Yizi ‘Be Respectful’ for consistently modelling respectful behaviour towards teachers and classmates through attentive listening, kindness, and valuing the opinions of others. Well done, Yizi!

 

1B - Ameen ‘Be Respectful’ for consistently showing respect to her peers and teacher by being a kind and considerate classmate. She listens attentively, uses polite language, and offers help whenever someone needs it. Well done, Ameen!

 

FA - Fernanda for showing respect and consistently using kind manners in the classroom. Your thoughtful behaviour sets a great example!

FC - Vitou for demonstrating the value of ‘Be Respectful’ by following instructions, engaging positively with peers and staff, and showing growing respect in both learning and play. Awesome work, Vitou!
