From the Desk of Tracey Parsons - Term 4, Week 6
Good morning,
On the final countdown with only 4 weeks to the end of the year, things are starting to heat up!!!
HOT WEATHER
Talking about heating up. The weather has changed and it’s time for a friendly reminder that everyone should have a hat. If students come to school without a hat, they will be asked to play under the COLA in the shade on the first terrace.
YEAR 6 CANTEEN
This week Year 6 will be selling Ice Cream Sundaes. A cup will cost $1 and will be sold from the canteen during 3rd break.
SWIM SCHOOL
Swim school will start next week for non-swimmers in the 2/3 and 4/5 classes. This year we will be doing lessons in the afternoon so please bring plenty of water and extra sunscreen.
Entry to the pool is free and children need to bring their swimmers, googles and towel each day.
PRESENTATION DAY
Presentation Day will be held on the 5th of December 2023 in the school hall. Presentation will commence at 9. Children are to wear full school uniform (dress for girls, grey shorts - blue shirt for boys) All parents/ caregivers/ family and friends are all welcome to attend.
