This award is presented to Noah for for being a Foundation Super STAR! Noah is an extremely caring and kind student who tries very hard to always show his HEART values. Noah listens carefully to task instructions and I was particularly impressed with his information report on sharks which he confidently presented at assembly. Keep up all the fantastic work you are doing Noah!
This award goes to Hendrix for showing the HEART value of excellence this week. Hendrix has challenged himself in his learning this week, and has worked hard to achieve his goals. Hendrix has shown his knowledge in our fractions unit, and accurately divided shapes and collections into equal parts. Great job Hendrix!
Congratulations to 1/2C for completing our poetry unit. You all put in a fantastic effort to learn the features and structure of different types of poetry to successfully craft your own poems. The confidence you displayed when presenting your poems at our poetry slam was wonderful to see. You all should be very proud. Well done!
Congratulations Elouise for working hard in bringing out your creative side when writing your Limerick Poem. The efforts seen reflects your determination spirit. Keep up the wonderful work!
This award goes to Alvaro for a great week at school. He shared his ideas with the class and revised his writing to include strong verbs. Keep up the great work, Alvaro!
This award goes to Sophie for the improved understanding of place value she has developed this week. Sophie has learnt to use her place value knowledge to quickly add or subtract 10, 100 or 1000 to numbers. Great work Sophie.
This award goes to Alisha for her contributions during reading groups this week. Alisha confidently shared how she practised her reading goal, using evidence and examples from the book to explain her thinking. Great work Alisha!
Congratulations on a great week Levy. You have been more willing to tackle difficult tasks on your own this term. It is important for you to keep developing these skills of independence. This is really encouraging as you head towards secondary school next year. Keep up the great work.
Zach is to be congratulated on his tremendous transition to Scoresby Primary School. He has settled into the classroom wonderfully and was quick to begin sharing his ideas with us all. Welcome, Zach. We are so lucky to have you here!
This award goes to Milla for her wonderful speech writing skills that she demonstrated this week. During Writing, Milla wrote an engaging persuasive speech about why she would make a great captain. She included a variety of persuasive devices to help persuade her audience. Wonderful effort Milla!
This award goes to Violet for always putting her best efforts in Mandarin class. Your love for learning and positive attitude is truly impressive. Well done and keep up the excellent work!

This award goes to Lucy for going above and beyond in your research of our solar system. Lucy used her own time to research each planet in detail and prepare for her up coming project. Wonderful dedication to your scientific learning Lucy, keep it up!
