Kindergarten Transition Program 

Remaining Sessions for the year

Session 5: 

Thursday 30th November 9:15am - 1pm

Session 6: 

Wednesday 6th November 9:15am - 3pm

Students will need to bring a hat, food for recess and lunch for session 6 and a water bottle. 

Year 10 Graduation Dinner

Is an important milestone in the journey of our students and a celebration of their achievements while a student at St Philomena's Catholic School. The Graduation Dinner will be held on Tuesday 12th December 2023. You will receive an invitation in the coming weeks with details for this event. The invitation is restricted to the Year 10 graduating student and their parents. 

 

NSWCPS Award 2023 

Leeroi Stokes has been selected as a recipient of the NSWCPS Award for 2023 for his rugby league exploits earlier this year.  These awards recognise the top percentage of students who have been outstanding in their sport across all Catholic Primary Schools in NSW. An outstanding effort to Leeroi and his family as he received the 2023 NSWCPS Rugby League Award. Congratulations Leeroi. 

Cultural Session (Weaving)

Our Secondary students have been engaging in our Cultural Session (Weaving) each Friday for their sport activity. With a few trial and errors our students are now getting the hang of weaving and starting to see beautiful results. 

Wii Gaay Learning Hub 2023 

On Monday 13th December, Lily Key of Year 4 set out to attend the Wii Gaay Learning Hub 2 excursion at Lake Keepit Sport and Recreation Centre. We are sure she will have a wonderful time. 

Semester 2 Reports

Leaders of Learning are working tirelessly over the coming weeks to finish off Semester 2 reports. Parents can expect reports to be pushed out on Wednesday 13th December at 3.30pm. Parent/Teacher Conferences (optional) - Thursday 3:30pm - 5pm.

Year 6 & 10 Graduation Mass and K-10 Prizegiving - Wednesday 13th of December 9:15am - 1pm. 

Years 3 - 6 Disco - Wednesday 13th December 6:30pm - 8pm.
