In 2024 Year 11 and 12 will be engaging in an academic mentoring program called THRIVE. It will include explicit teaching of literacy, summarisation strategies, memory techniques, NESA, ATAR and scholarship information, career guidance, guest speakers as well as strategies for positive wellbeing and mental health. In short it is dedicated to cultivating the skills needed for HSC success and beyond. The program will run on Tuesday afternoon during period 5 as both an in-school and at-home program.
Attached is the THRIVE schedule for Semester 1.
