Year 3/4 Learning Reflection

It's been a busy two weeks and to finish it off with a bang, the 3/4's headed to Merrimu for camp. The weather was mostly kind to us, thankfully.

We began with a 3km bush walk into Camp Sunnystones which was incredible. It was not an easy walk...It was up. It was down. It was smooth. It was rough....but the scenery was spot on. We even walked across a creek...with planks!

We then spent the next three days exploring and participating in a range of fun and exciting activities...geocaching, hut building, survival games, archery, bush cooking to name a few! Students were very resilient and gave everything a great go.

The students who didn't go to camp had their stories to tell too!! They enjoyed a couple of days being in different specialist subjects and doing different activities. A highlight was definitely heading to the oval/playground across the road for a play, and going to Sunshine Social for chips.

Have a restful weekend everyone. We hope you thoroughly enjoyed the experience and have learnt new skills, made fond memories to share and can look back on a wonderful experience!

See you next week for our last week of Term 3. Don't forget about the annual Spanish Fiesta on Tuesday.
