Students have been practising writing narratives using a picture prompt to help with ideas.
Creating something special for Father's Day and our special people in our lives.
Exploring the features of 3D shapes.
We have been practising our heart words.
We are proud of ourselves for practising new concepts in Maths and not giving up. We used bar models to help us solve number stories involving multiplication.
This week in Maths, we explored area- how much space is inside a 2D shape. First, we made our best guesses, and then we measured to find the exact area.
We have been practising writing a recount. We used the structure of First, Then, Next, Last and I felt. We use these sentence starters to organise our writing.
Ready to get on the bus for a fun swimming lesson!
Working hard on our hankerchiefs for the Spanish Fiesta.
We love exploring different texts in the library. Sharing a book with our friends is fun!
