PBL RRRoch Stars - Congratulations!
Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) - Whole School Reward
On Wednesday 17 September it was Casual Clothes Day at St Roch's! This was a whole school PBL reward because we had reached the first line on our PBL barrel.
Congratulations to all of our students who have worked together over the year following our expectations of Respect, Resilience and Resilience. Acknowledging and rewarding positive behaviour is an important part of Positive Behaviours for Learning.
Each week our school follows a PBL Weekly Focus. This week, the focus of our PBL lessons will be teaching students to 'Show kindness, Empathy and Gratitude'.
The weekly PBL focus aims to keep our PBL framework on the agenda across the school and keep up the excitement of Gotcha Tickets, Class Rewards and Whole School Rewards!
We encourage discussions with our students around the expected behaviour for the week and ensure that we are 'catching' the children when following the expected behaviours by giving out the Gotcha Tickets.
Every Child, Everybody, Everyday.
