Dancing feet at Dana Street

Wow, what an amazing production we put on last week! I am still blown away by the awesome Dana Feet at Dana Street.

 Things that were fabulous:

• The excitement backstage, before and after performing
• Students in their costumes
• Every single class absolutely nailing their dance moves!
• Families in the audience loving it
• Her Majesty's Theatre selling out!
• The actors remembering ALL their lines!
• The general 'vibe', you know?!

People I want to thank:

• The many parents who helped out with sewing and making costumes 
• Sarah for helping with the mic changeovers backstage
• Maria for helping with the 1/2s backstage
• The students in the opening and final scenes who gave up many lunchtimes to rehearse
• My leads - Aggie, Spencer, James and Patrick for their dedication to the show, giving up a lot of time and fantastic performances

I have put on a few school concerts, and I can honestly say this was one was the most fun. It was also done to such a high standard - the dances, acting and all the production values.

I couldn't be more proud!
