Building Update

We are settling into our new administration building in our new offices: main office, business manager, principal, assistant principal, family support coordinator and NDIS Navigator; and rooms including the family room, conference room, library and gymnasium. It's been great to see some family members start to use the Family Room. We warmly welcome all family members to come in and use the Family Room throughout the day, is is a comfortable space with tea and coffee available. It's a nice space to catch up with others too.

The pool is looking beautiful and bright and light. Hoists were installed during the week, and finishing touches are now occurring, including polishing tiles and fitting out the pool office. We have been informed that there will be a delay in handing over the pool to the school due to a change in building surveyor. The pool is now anticipated to be handed over to the school in term 2 week 3. In the meantime, we will commence planning as much as possible to be able to commence our swimming program soon after it is handed over.

This week we were informed that the building project will include a new staffroom. This is very exciting news for staff to have a modern and open space to sit, eat, socialise and rest in during their breaks. A new staffroom will greatly support staff wellbeing as place to enjoy.

School Fundraising Support

We are calling for interested parents, carers and other families members to assist with our fundraising events, Mother's and Father's Day stalls, and Easter and Christmas raffles. If you are available to support Leanne G to prepare for these events and sell items on the day, please let us know. School Council

Our 2025-27 school council nomination period ended. We welcome Brad D as a new parent member to School Council. We also welcome back Cindy L (parent) and Judith (assistant principal - staff member rep).

Annual General Meeting

Compass Support

Kyle, our new front office and IT support staff member has been meeting with new parents and carers to the school to go through a Compass Induction. We are now offering an individual Compass induction session to other parents and carers across the school.
