ROSELEA BAND NEWS
Band Information Night - Wednesday 30th October @ 6:30pm at RPS Hall
The RPS Band would like to invite all Roselea students currently in years 2-5 who are interested in joining the school band in 2025 to come along to our Band Information Night. You and your child will have the opportunity to listen to each instrument in the band, try out the instruments, and to meet some of our tutors and our Band Director, Ms Jacinta.

There are many benefits of learning a musical instrument:
Increased Memory skills, Coordination Skills, Math Skills, Reading and Comprehension Skills, Responsibility, Culture and History, Musical Creativity, Self Expression, Emotional Development, Auditory Attention, Academic Achievement, Discipline, Creative Thinking, Teamwork, Risk-Taking, Confidence, Management Skills, Performance skills

Big Sunday - Sunday 27th October @ Carlingford High School 10:45am
RPS bands have been asked to play for BIG Sunday on 27th October @ Carlingford High School and we will be running the BBQ to raise funds for the band as well. The bands will need to be there from 10.45am until about 12 noon. Students are to wear their Full Band Uniform (including black socks and shoes).

Hornsby North Band Festival - Sunday 3rd November @ Hornsby North Public School
ALL Bands. Full Band Uniform (including black socks and shoes).
