LIBRARY TIMETABLE

The Library timetable for the junior classes (Prep, Year 1 and Year 2) has changed beginning this week. Please note the Library days for the following classes (some grades’ days have changed, others have not):

If you would please encourage your children to return their library books on their allotted day it would be much appreciated.

YEAR 2 BORROWING

To help prepare the Year 2 students for Year 3 they are now able to borrow two books per week. They do, however, need to return both books if they are to borrow more books the following week.

LIBRARY OVERDUE REMINDERS

Several students have books at home which need to be returned. We will be sending overdue notices via Compass next week. Please help your child find and return their book if you are sent one of these reminders. If a book has been lost there will be a charge of $20 which needs to be paid via the school office before another book can be borrowed.

Term 4 is shaping up to be an exciting term during which we will be discussing some wonderful books during Library lessons! Watch out for posts on Seesaw which will give you information explaining the author/illustrator which your child will be focussing on for the next 10 weeks.
