GB Weekly from 2007

 

FN Golden Bay stumbled upon a historic edition of GB Weekly from September 2007. At that time, the real estate market across the country had just experienced a significant surge from 2003 to 2005, characterised by high demand, low supply, and record-high prices.

 

However, in the subsequent years, the market began to settle, resulting in an influx of properties for sale and a notable decrease in sales numbers. This particular GBW showcased 18 sales consultants and admin staff, all working together to cover the Bay.
