Smile Squad is coming to our school!

The Smile Squad team from Grampians Health will be visiting our school soon (likely in term 3).
Smile Squad is the Victorian Government’s free school dental program, offering all students access to free dental check-ups, preventive care, and treatment – all delivered right here at school.
How to access free dental care
Your child will be seen by a dental or oral health student under the supervision of a qualified Smile Squad clinician.
To take part, we need your consent – usually provided by a parent or guardian. To ensure your child can be seen at school, make sure you tick YES in the box to be seen by a student.

Consent forms must be submitted by Monday 21 July 2025.
Paper copies of the form are available—just contact the school office to request one. The online consent form is available in over 100 languages, and the paper version is available in 13 languages.
Do I need to attend my child’s appointment?
No, you do not need to attend your child’s appointment at school. If you’d prefer to attend, you’re welcome to take your child to the community dental clinic instead.
The Grampians Health Smile Squad team looks forward to seeing your child soon!
Kind regards,
