Presentation Night- Saturday 14th June 2025

It is time to celebrate another successful swimming season at RSC! 

We are delighted to invite you all to our 2024/2025 season Presentation Night on Saturday 14th June 2025

Whether you are new to the club this year, or have been with the club for many years, presentation night is a special night for the club to celebrate all swimmers and their successes during the season.  Swimmers look forward to Presentation night each year, as it is a night for them to dress up, have fun outside of the pool with their squad mates, have a dance at the end of the night, and also take home some awards. 

Presentation night is for swimmers and parents only; however, we know that finding alternate care for younger siblings can be tricky. If this is the case, they are welcome to attend and will need to purchase a ticket.

Any swimmers under 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied swimmers will not be supervised.

Date: Saturday 14th June 2025

Time: 5.30pm arrival for a 6pm start. Approx finish time 9.30pm

Venue: Great Ryrie Primary School Gym- 51a Great Ryrie Street Heathmont 3135

Menu: Catering by Flying Woks. (examples of their delicious food below)

Dessert: Selection of cakes and slices

Price: Adults $50.00 (14+)Junior $30.00 (13 and under)** Soft drinks/water will be provided on each table

** BYO wine or beer if you like (and some plastic cups)A photobooth will be available on the night, complete with an attendant to assist, and a range of different filters and props.

Seating: swimmers will have their own tables and will not be seated with parents, however if you would like your swimmer to be seated with you, please email admin@ringwoodswimmingclub.org.au and we will try to accommodate your request. 

Dietary requirements: you will be asked for any dietary requirements/intolerances/allergies when purchasing tickets through try booking
