Prep class update

Over the last few weeks Prep have been working hard to write simple informative sentences. We have written about animals, vehicles and toys. 

In Science we have been designing and making toys that move. They have been learning about the effects of pushing and pulling and the different ways toys can move. 

In Maths, the Preppies have been very busy learning how to add and take away using numbers up to 20. They have been creating their own number stories in fun ways, using lots of different hands-on materials. The children are really engaged as they get to move between these activities. Will they tell a story about frogs, fish, ants?
