VU | Supporting Success – Information for Parents of High School Students

We’d like to help support you and the parents and carers of your students – so we’re inviting parents to take part in our Supporting Success – Information for Parents of High School Students webinar.
Parents will learn about the ATAR and how it’s calculated, as well as how they can best support their children once year 12 results are released. We’ll also cover changing preferences and the enrolment and application processes.
We’ll be able to share how VU supports our students as they transition to tertiary study as well as give parents the opportunity to ask our Future Students team any questions they might have.

You’re invited to our Parkville campus to chat to us about your ATAR results and finalising your preferences through VTAC. Discover undergraduate study options based on your ATAR, as well as the graduate pathways that you can lock in now or in the future. You’ll also learn about the scholarships you may be eligible for and the student support services on offer.
Alongside the expo, we’ll be hosting information sessions throughout the day to help you navigate the transition to university study, and how to embrace life as a student at Melbourne. Plus, there’ll be a number of guided tours for you to explore our beautiful Parkville campus.
