Ready to Learn in 2024

Please ensure that your child is Ready to Learn in 2024 with an exercise book for each subject, a fully stocked pencil case, enclosed black leather shoes for TAS practical lessons and a labelled container if they are a Food Tech student. Students often come unprepared and purchase cutlery and containers. We encourage students to be more sustainable by bringing a container and cutlery. Writing when their practical lessons are in their planner and when to bring these items will really help prepare to develop important organisational skills.

It is mandatory from a work health and safety perspective, and we would like all students to get off to a great start in their practical lessons this year. Thank you for supporting the students.

Subject Fee letters will begin to come home shortly. This covers the cost of consumable materials and supplies. Payment can be made online via the CHS website. Payment options are available. Students can pay weekly, per term or as a lump sum payment. If financial hardship exists, please don’t hesitate to contact the finance department within the school.

Congratulations to our graduates and teachers from the 2023 cohort

We had fantastic above state average results in Community and Family Studies. Well done you lot!
