God's Love and Care for All

Term 4, Week 8

The school year is quickly entering its final phase with student reports being finalized, class groupings for next year ready to roll out and end of year celebrations and activites being planned and practiced. Please refer to the School Community Calendar for dates and times of events.

2024 FEES AND LEVIES:

Fees and Charges for 2024 have been finalised for 2024. MACS  acknowledges the need for families to meet their school fee obligations according to their capacity to pay, while providing a consistent approach to school fee concessions across all MACS primary schools.

Listed below are the costs for the 2024 school year.  There is a slight increase from the 2023 ampunt and we endeavour to keep our charges to a minimum. I will provide a more detailed list of associated costs eg swimming progam in next week's newsletter.

We encourage all families to all eligible families to apply for:  Concessional School Fees: Concessional school fees are available to any family that meets the Eligibility criteria. Thankyou to all families who have paid their fees for this year. This is a friendly reminder to families who are yet to complete their payment for 2023 to finalise this in the coming weeks. If you are on a payment plan you might need to consider increasing the payment. Many of our families are already in credit for 2024. Please see Deidre at the office if you have any queries.

Our HEADSTART program finished last Friday. The  highlight of the session was the children's song and dance  routine supporting our school choir in singing our school song. Special thanks to all families who supported the program and all our  staff who provided a headstart  for our Prep 2024 students and families. Next week on Wednesday 29th November  is when the children meet their teacher and classmates.

Carols Night: Maybe our lawn is fake but our Carols are all sung by real live performers, so please keep Tuesday December free for our annual Carols Night presentation (don’t forget to ask nanna and pa). Organization is underway and Mrs B  has sent out a costume list for each grade. As has been the tradition at Our Lady’s, Carols will commence at 6.30 pm but we invite families to come earlier and share a picnic meal with their family.

Take Care and remember only 30 days till Christmas !!!
