Armaan Singh Races to National Success in Esports

We are proud to celebrate Armaan Singh, who has achieved 2nd place nationally in the Trackmania competition as part of the Australian Esports League (AEL) High Schools Tournament for Term 2.

This outstanding result places Armaan among the top student competitors in the country and highlights the growing impact of esports in education.

Armaan’s achievement reflects not only his personal dedication and skill but also the supportive environment of Endeavour College’s Esports Club, which meets every Tuesday in Room 112. The club is open to all students, offering a space to connect, compete, and grow through gaming.  If you are curious about the Esports Club, come along and discover how gaming can be a powerful tool for learning, connection, and personal growth.

Why Esports Matters?

Esports is more than just playing game, it is a platform for:

  • Building Friendships: Students collaborate, communicate, and form lasting connections.
  • Supporting Wellbeing: Gaming can help students manage stress and develop emotional resilience.
  • Enhancing Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy are all part of the experience.
  • Boosting Confidence: Competing in a safe and inclusive environment helps students believe in themselves.

High Achievers Assembly

This morning, our whole school community gathered for our Semester 1 Academic Awards Ceremony to recognise students who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to their learning throughout the Semester 1 reporting period.

It was fantastic to have hosted more than 150 parents who attended to celebrate these significant awards with us.

Academic Achievement and Academic Application were presented, along with Academic Achievement with Merit awards, acknowledging both outstanding academic results and consistent dedication to their learning.
