Year 12 Exam Prep and Revision Programs

The final weeks of Year 12 include lots of opportunities to celebrate and socialise, however our core and singular focus is on preparing our VCE students for their final examinations.

In the lead up to the final Year 12 examinations Wantirna is offering a comprehensive revision and exam preparation program including the following key programs and activities. 

Knox Schools VCE Holiday Revision Program 

Save the Date: Mon 22 - Wed 24 Sept (Week 1 September School Holidays)

Venue: KIOSK, Swinburne University, Wantirna Campus 

This revision series comes highly recommended by past students. The presenters are skilled and experienced teachers and examiners. Further details to come, including a link to book a spot. 

Wantirna College Unit 3 and 4 Practice Exam Program 2025

Save the Date:  Mon 29 Sept – Wed 1 Oct

(Week 2 September School Holidays)

Venue: Wantirna College 

The Unit 3 and 4 Practice Exam Program provides all Year 12 VCE students with an opportunity to participate in the experience of sitting an examination of Unit 3 and 4 content under strict VCAA conditions, in readiness for the formal exams in October. Past students have reported this very valuable in terms of improving their time management, learning how to manage their nerves in stakes assessments and, importantly, helping to reveal their knowledge and skills gaps so they can be addressed prior to the actual exams. 

Year 12 students are expected to attend and positively participate in the practice exam program. 

Feedback on student responses in these examinations is provided by teachers in classes in week 1 and 2 of term 4.

Students with two subjects scheduled in the same session will have their additional exams timetabled for them into one of their free sessions and students undertaking VSV or VSL studies will be contacted to discuss options specific to exam preparation.
