Dunlop win the 2025 House Athletics Carnival!
Dunlop have had a thrilling win in the 2025 House Athletics Carnival - well done to the students (and staff) of green house!
The overall team results of the day were as follows:
1st - Dunlop 1463
2nd - Chisholm 1346
3rd - Sutherland 1332
4th - Bradman 1170
Congratulations to the following students who were awarded age group champions for the carnival - there were some closely contested age groups with all competitive track and field events contributing to overall champion points:
12-13yo Girls Alyxa - 7S
12-13yo Boys Daniel - 7N
14yo Girls Lucie - 8F
14yo Boys Sihan - 8L
15yo Girls Tara - 9C
15yo Boys Jonathan - 9N
16yo Girls Man Huen - 10K
16yo Boys Marcus - 10I
17yo Girls Alicia - 11A
17yo Boys Brian 12J
18-20yo Girls Imogen - 12K
18-20yo Boys Josh - 12K
Four college records were broken on the day:
Christopher - 8E broke a 1500m record in the Boys 12-13yo age group that stood for fifteen years.
Courtney -12B broke the Girls 18-20yo 800m record that had stood for nineteen years.
Henry - 8A broke the Boys 14yo 200m record from twelve years ago.
Sihan - 8L broke the Boys 14yo High Jump record.
Our age champions, along with a large number of other students within the college will have the opportunity to represent the school in the Whitehorse Division Athletics Carnival on Tuesday 12 August at the Tom Kelly Athletics Track. These participants will be informed via an event on Compass over the next few weeks. We wish them all the best with their preparation and training in the lead up to this event.

The 2025 Team Vic program is now underway, with several sports accepting registrations. Exciting opportunities await aspiring young athletes in Australian Football, Baseball, Golf, Netball, Softball, Swimming, Tennis, and Volleyball.
