Week 2 Foundation Learning 

In Reading this week the Foundation students have been reading the book ‘Jetty Jumping’. The students responded to this story by recounting a time where they have felt scared like the main character of the book. Rudhra B said, ‘I liked this activity because I like drawing and colouring.’

In Maths the students have been learning about weight. They have been experimenting with scales to balance the weight of objects around the classroom. They had a lot of fun and enjoyed learning the subject. Charlie M-P said, ‘We were trying to weigh things to find out what was heavier, my water bottle was heavier.’
