YEAR 6 CAMP
Year 6 camp balance is still open for those that may not have paid. If you are wanting to use the SSB please contact the Business Manager directly to nominate. Payments close on Compass on Wednesday 30th April.
SCHOOL REQUISITES
Just a friendly reminder to please finalise your voluntary school contributions through Compass or at the office. Thank you to those families who have already done so. 😊
These funds allow us to:
- Provide high quality programs and specific subject materials and equipment for English, Mathematics, Science, ICT, Art, Music, History and Social Science, LOTE and Physical Education.
- Ensure the upkeep of our digital computer devices, smart boards, iPads and Laptops to enhance learning opportunities.
- Maintain sufficient class sets of books for students to develop their reading skills.
- Maintain and enhance the school grounds through a Facilities Maintenance person.
- Facilitate Literacy and Mathematics online digital subscriptions to enhance learning.
- Purchase stationery supplies for individual students and class bulk supplies.
- Employ a School Nurse 5 days per week
SCHOOL SAVINGS BONUS
To utilise your school savings bonus for school activities, you first need to go to the SSB portal - https://www.schoolsavingbonus.vic.gov.au/s/. Log in with the email address Department of Education sent out your SSB information, with your child’s Voucher number (each child has their own individual Voucher) and then allocate the funds to ACTIVITIES. These funds will then come through to the school for you to utilise for Camps, Excursions, Sport and Swimming. Please allocate all the funds if you do not wish to purchase uniforms from PSW. If you cannot find your child’s voucher number or you do not know which email address was used, please contact the school office for assistance.
Excursions / Sport / Swimming – SSB Allocation
When an event comes up on Compass and you wish to use your SSB, please just 'consent' and then NOT pay. That will indicate to us that you are requesting to use the SSB funds for that activity. Please note: the allocation will be processed in due course. Your child will attend the event with Consent given. If there are no funds left in your SSB the office will be in contact with you. If you do not wish to use the funds for that event, please consent and pay.
Years 3 – 6 Camps – SSB Allocation
Camp Deposits can be paid for by SSB by just ‘consenting’ to the Camp
For the Camp Balance payments however, parents will need to nominate the balance of their SSB to be applied before the event is due to be paid. A link will be sent to parents prior to the balance needing to be paid, for parents to nominate the SSB. The SSB will then be applied to the balance of camp leaving a residual amount to be paid.
PLEASE NOTE: The SSB PORTAL will close in mid June, if you have not logged on and allocated your funds by then, it will automatically be allocated to the school for your future use but will not be available for uniform purchases.
2026 PREP ENROLMENTS
The Prep Expo will be held on Wednesday 14th May and enrolments for 2026 will be accepted from this time.
Please note, siblings ARE required to complete an enrolment form which can be found on the school’s website or a hard copy can be obtained at the office.
We require an original birth certificate, an updated immunisation certificate and visa details if applicable.
Sibling enrolments do not require an appointment to submit the documentation However, new students will need to call the office to arrange an appointment to submit their enrolment forms.
