Here’s a quick snapshot of what to expect:
🏀 Competition Format
- 3v3 games across 7 rounds + 1 finals/playoff round to build team spirit
- Starts week of 20 Oct, wraps up week of 8 Dec
- No scores on PlayHQ – we’re focusing on teamwork!
- Manual scores & ladder updated weekly via socials and age group messenger chats
⏱️ Session Structure (1 hour per age group)
- 10 min warm-up/skills
- 10 min games (4 teams on court at once)
- Rotations for rest, scoring, and reffing if more than 4 teams
👥 Team Setup
- 3 players per side (no bench if only 15 players)
- Bench added for groups of 15–20
- Groups over 20 may include a bye or extended bench
- Minimum 15 players per age group
🎯 Coaching / Help
- PC will be present during sessions for coaching and direct player feedback
- We are calling for local roster committee members to support the non-basketball side of things – a great chance to help shape this roster and future ones so please let us know if you are interested!

- Teams and age divisions will be balanced by skill level by PC and the committee

Cartooning & Adventure Camp Details – Launceston
- What: Art, Adventure & Cartooning Holiday Workshops (Ages 4-15).
- Where: 4th Launceston Scout Hall , Corner Nunamina Avenue & Carr Street, Kings Meadows.
- When: Monday 5 January – Friday 9 January 2026.

What it is:
A complete Christmas experience for families, running from 8 November – 1 December at a beautiful old church in Forth.
It includes reindeer food making, Christmas music, a snow machine, lollipops from Santa, and of course, beautiful family photos they'll treasure for years to come.
This has become a cherished tradition for many local families, and with over 280 families already booked in.
Investment: $99 Sessions available: Both Santa and non-Santa options

Dear Friends and Supporters
This Disability Commissioner Tasmania is inviting Tasmanians with disability to take part in an art exhibition celebrating International Day of People with Disability and Human Rights Day.
The exhibition will explore the theme: ‘What living my best life means to me’ and will showcase the creativity, individuality, and diverse perspectives of Tasmanians with disability.
We’re reaching out to our networks to help spread the word and encourage participation from around the state. Artists of all ages and disability experiences are invited to submit an artwork. This could be in any medium, such as painting, printmaking, drawing, sculpture, digital media, sound, or creative writing. Existing or new works are welcome, and entry is free.
Selected artworks will be exhibited at the Moonah Arts Centre on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 December 2025, with an online gallery and live-streamed official opening. The Disability Commissioner Tasmania will cover transportation costs for selected artworks.
Expressions of interest close at 11.59pm on Sunday 23 November 2025.

‘Living my best life’ Art Exhibition

An official opening will be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 10 December 2025.
Location: Moonah Arts Centre (MAC), 23-27 Albert Road, Moonah. Online gallery will be available from Friday 5 December 2025.
