Working Bee
We are pleased to see that the development at the front of the school is close to completion. It has made an enormous improvement to the front entrance and first impressions. Not only has the area been planted with lovely fresh plants, we have also future proofed the area by laying an extensive irrigation system.
We would like to thank Nathan Burkett (landscape architect) for his support in planning our new garden and his landscape design.
Once this area has been completed, we will be developing the area between the Library and Art Room, and the area between the Prep building and Tuckshop.
In order to support our work we would like to hold a Working Bee on Sunday 16th November from 10am to 12pm, with a Sausage Sizzle to follow.
The jobs planned are:
Weeding
Mulching
Painting
Sandpit tidy up
In order to attend the Working Bee, parents will be required to complete the OHS and Child Safe Volunteers' Induction and register to attend.
Some parents will have attended the session earlier in the year or may have completed it in preparation for attending other events. If you have not completed the indiction please complete the Volunteers' Induction at this link.

Parent Payments for 2026
The School Council set the Parent Payments for 2026 at the last meeting.
We sincerely thank the parents who paid their fees in 2025. The fees were essential in providing the following:
- material and equipment for the day to day running of our classroom and specialist programs
- programs to support the curriculum
- IT resources
- school nurse
- maintenance and grounds upkeep
- Library resources
- the ability to continue to develop our environment to support strong student learning
With the recent reduction in the fees we are collecting (64% Curriculum Contributions and 51% Other Contributions), some of our programs are at risk of being reduced.
We encourage parents to pay the requested payments for 2026 or come in to speak to the Principal about an alternate payment plan.
Documentation will be sent home in November requesting parent payments. The payments have been set out as follows:

Materials & Equipment $366
