Book Week 2026
This year the theme for Book Week is ‘Symphony of Stories’.
Book Week will be held in Week 7 of Term 3 from Monday August 24th to Friday 28th August.
The following activities will be held to celebrate Book Week:
Book Parade Monday 24th August. 8:50 am
We will be holding a whole school Book Parade where students and staff come dressed as their favourite book character, favourite author or something connected to the ‘Symphony of Stories’ theme. Be as creative as you like! All parents are invited to attend.
Book Fair Tuesday 8th to Monday 14th September
We will be holding a Lamont Book Fair in the Library in Week 9 of Term 3, opening on Tuesday 8th September and operating until Monday 14th September (Learning Conversations Day). More information will be provided in Term 3 explaining how the Book Fair will run and how to purchase items online and in person.
