Year 8

This term, Winnie Henry, pictured above, has represented Victoria in the State Schools Victoria Under 14s AFL team. We are so proud of Winnie for this massive achievement; the Berwick value of Excellence in action. In addition to being amazing on the field, Winnie embodies the schools values every day as an exemplary Berwick College student. Well done, Winnie! 

Indonesian Independence Day 

We’ve also scored tasty meals through the Indonesian Domain who organized for orders of Nasi Goreng and Fried Rice to celebrate Indonesian Independence Day on the 17 August. 

National Science Week 

This term, we celebrated National Science Week and Year 8 students participated in an array of activities and challenges at lunchtime including the periodic table puzzle, experiments and visual illusions. 

General reminder 

As the winter months slowly come to an end, we would like to remind students and the community that hoodies are not permitted uniform items, and students will be instructed to remove them if they are wearing them. Instead, students can wear the rugby jumper and/or spray jacket. 

Students must also have a functional and locked lock on their locker to ensure their belongings are kept safe and secure.
