Mission Month

In the Catholic Church October has long been recognised as Mission Month. The month starts off with the feast of St Thérèse of Lisieux and draws to a close with Mission Sunday, a special day of prayer and world wide agreement celebrated in all Catholic parishes around the globe.

Learning about Mission Month at school we are understanding the needs of others and the hardships that they face. We donate money and share other ideas on how else we can help.

Message from Mrs Sullivan

It absolutely makes our day when we get lovely emails like these from our community:

A little note to say a big thank you to you and your wonderful team for putting on a really beautiful Confirmation mass last night for the grade 6 students.

We're really cherishing all these events in this last year of primary school for Tilly, and all the effort, dedication and time that staff put into these events (during and after school hours) is really appreciated.

Thank you again!

Lainey

That was lovely to see Emma mentioned in the newsletter - thank you!  So nice to see so many St Brigid girls doing well at Kilbreda - speaks volumes about their primary schooling doesn’t it?

Have a lovely day,

Rachel
