Hooptime Basketball
Last term Rowville Primary School entered ten teams in Hooptime Basketball, five in the Year Three and Four Junior Competition and five in the Year Five and Six Senior Competition.
Both days were a great success and were enjoyed by all! Students who had never played competitive basketball before were able to learn and play games against other rookies in a friendly and supportive manner, whilst other more experienced basketballers tested their skills and teamwork in the Future Stars and All Stars Competitions.
We’d like to commend all of our players and their Year Five and Six coaches on their commitment to training before the competitions, their great efforts on the day and on how well they represented Rowville Primary School.
CONGRATULATIONS to the Senior All Star Boys Team on an amazing win in their semi-final and on finishing Runners-Up on the day.
Also a BIG CONGRATULATIONS to the Junior Future Stars Team and coaches who won a thrilling Grand Final and have now qualified for the Region Hooptime Championships!
