Victorian High Abilities Program

This term a group of level five and six students took part in the Victorian High Ability Program. A select number of students completed weekly online sessions with a teacher and completed set tasks in both English and Numeracy. The program challenged the students and allowed them to extend their abilities. The students all enjoyed the program and spoke highly of the sessions.

Zoey K 5C - I love VHAP because its enjoyable, fun and the writing tasks challenge me. 

Chloe 5K - VHAP is great because there's many challenges, I enjoy studying how to write a creative story. 

Alex 6J - VHAP has greatly changed my knowledge in English and story pieces. 

Chara 6C - VHAP has been really helpful and it has urged me to look at texts in a different way. I'm really grateful for this opportunity. 

Lena 6M - I like VHAP as we learn about the Heros Journey and different characters like the Shadow, Whip Hero and many more. 

Arsam 6M - I like VHAP because it boosts my knowledge in English and Story Writing. VHAP is great from improving my English skills. 

Dash 6M - VHAP has been very helpful in improving my writing skills, whilst also expanding my knowledge and making me look at stories in a new and different way than before I joined VHAP.
