R U OK? Day
On Wednesday 13 September, students from Pre-Prep to Year 12 and staff will be raising awareness for R U Ok? Day. On this day, we acknowledge the importance of stopping to ask a friend and colleague how they are. Students will participate in activities throughout the week, that will help them to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them.
On Wednesday, students can wear their Sports Uniform to and from school and add a touch of yellow with an accessory.
Student Free Day/Staff Day
The College will be closed on Friday 15 September, for a Student Free Day/Staff Day. Please ensure other arrangements have been made for your daughter/son on this day.
Looking towards 2024!
With 2024 in our sights, we would be grateful if you could advise the College as soon as possible, but no later than 15 September 2023, if your child will not be continuing at Clayfield College next year.
Per our Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations, families are required to provide a Term's written notice to the Principal if they are not continuing to avoid being charged Fees in Lieu of Notice. Please notify our Enrolments Team in writing via enrol@clayfield.qld.edu.au.
Please note that no action is required if you do intend for your child to continue with us in 2024!

Please note the following:
- The schedule is being finalised; however, once issued, Parents/Students are requested to please check the schedule for the required photo time.
- Students appearing in photos which requires a specific uniform (eg Sports) to be worn, must have the correct uniform to appear within their photo on the day.
- Students appearing in photos wearing the Summer Formal Uniform or Sports Uniform, must have the correct uniform to appear within their photo on the day.
Students not in correct uniform will be unable to be in their photo.
Co-Curricular/Group Lists will be available in Daily Notices for students in Years 6 to 12 to check if needed. The photo schedule is being finalised and will be issued shortly.
