PSG meetings

Thank you to all families we have met with this week. It is wonderful to see how well your children are progressing. 

GRADE 6 families - JPC has advised that they have changed the process of inducting Students with disabilites. St. Anne's will send through information to the school and then JPC will contact us if they need more information or a meeting. This process will streamline the induction.

NCCD INFORMATION SHEET FOR PARENTS

We begin the NCCD reference period for 2024. This week to be eligible for funding students need to have attended at least 1 day in the next 4 school weeks. 

Please read this information sheet for Parents and Carers regarding the collection of Data and information for the NCCD (school funding model for students with disabilities).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SENDING MEDICAL INFORMATION AND REPORTS

As a result of the Quality Assurance process and discussion. It is recommended that all medical documentation and reports that families are sending to staff be sent via email or in a hard copy.  Please do not use the seesaw app to send medical information to school.
