Grade 3/4E enjoyed making orecchiette with a tomato and garlic sauce and broccolini Salad. We learned the correct way to pronounce orecchiette and that that means ‘little ears’ in Italian. It was a lot of fun! We recommend this meal. Look out for the recipe in the next newsletter.
