Cyber Safety/STEM

We are thrilled to share the exciting experience our Year 5-6 students had at the Tech Olympics in Melbourne last Friday! This excursion was not only an opportunity for our students to showcase their skills but also a chance for them to engage with peers from around 20 other schools in a series of fun and challenging games.

Our students participated in a variety of tech-based activities that tested their problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork skills. There were coding challenges, robotics competitions, design challenges, data transfer relays as well as break out rooms. Our students tried their best to embrace each task with enthusiasm and determination. It was inspiring to see them collaborate, innovate, and apply their knowledge in a competitive yet friendly environment.

The TechOlympics provided our students with valuable experiences and the chance to meet new friends and learn from others. Watching them cheer each other on and celebrate their successes was truly heartwarming.

We are incredibly proud of our students' achievements and their exemplary behavior throughout the excursion. A special thank you goes to the students and their parents for getting them to school at 5:30am. We look forward to participating in more events like the TechOlympics that inspire and challenge our students, helping them grow into confident and capable young learners.

Thank you for your continued support!
