Book Week Magic

Disney Princesses, Wizards and even Peter Pan popped into our Assembly on Monday 19 August. In fact there were so many different book characters in the Gym that it was a sea of colour. Why, you ask, were the children and adults dressed up? We were celebrating  Book Week of course at Lalor East Primary. 

It was wonderful to see so many students and staff come in costume on the day and that many families also made time to come to Assembly and watch the parade of characters. Many thanks to the parents and carers who organised costumes for the students and made this such a special event for them. Reading Really is Magic!

Here are some of the fun characters who appeared at LEPS Book Week 2024. . .
