MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING

Welcome circle & the first 5 minutes are critical to getting the day off to a good start

The first 5 minutes of class are critical for setting the tone for the rest of the day. Consistent rhythms and routines, particularly ones that embed intentional positive micro-moments are great ways to build trust, celebrate achievements and to practise the school values.

Hard Rubbish Investigating

Investigating, pulling apart and then 'fixing' computers and televisions. We discovered that there is gold inside the circuit board in televisions and a spindle motor inside a hard drive!

PLEASE keep donating your hard rubbish!!!

Chilwell Community Garden Expressions of Interest!

We anticipate needing support to develop our garden area at the Chilwell Community Garden. This will involve building garden beds, shovelling soil, helping to plant seedlings and helping to get our area all set up. If this sounds like something you’re able to help us with, please email catherine.burns@education.vic.gov.au

Thank you!
