Paul Westo, National Credit & Customer Financial Solutions Manager, SA - Effective 30th August 2024

Sadly, the time has come for us to bid farewell to Paul as he embarks on his well-deserved retirement. In this next chapter, he’ll be spending more time on fishing charters, reconnecting with friends, and likely discussing the finer points of the credit industry with his grandson.

Paul has been a valued member of our team since April 2001. His unique way of describing everything as "wonderful" – even when we knew it wasn't – always brought a special warmth to our workplace. He consistently brightened our days and inspired us with his simple yet powerful advice: "Keep smiling."

Over the past 23 years, Paul has been incredibly dedicated to the company, consistently going above and beyond to support our customers, his team, and safeguard the business. On a personal note, he has also offered me invaluable counsel, helping me better understand risks while always presenting an alternative solution.

Please join me in wishing Paul and Maureen a long, joyful, and prosperous retirement. Paul’s last day will be the 30th August.
