Work Experience

A huge congratulations to our Year 10 students that completed work experience at the end of Term 2.   It was a great success and the feedback from employers has been very positive.

“I did work experience at the University of Melbourne in Business Services, over the course of the week I went to HR, Finance, worked on a project, (new software system for HR and payroll) and installed new monitors for the university students. I enjoyed understanding what the university does besides higher education, using all the facilities and seeing all the historical buildings."

Applying for Tertiary Education - Year 12

The Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) is now open for Year 12 students to register and submit an application.  We advise students to submit their preferences and pay the $60 fee by the end of Term 3 (Friday 20 September).

Our current Year 12 students have been introduced to VTAC and the application process. They will now work with Careers and Pathways registering and completing their preferences.

Note: Students are able to change their preferences as many times as they please until the final cut-off date of 12pm, Saturday 14 December. Change of preference windows will open regularly throughout the offer period in December, January and February. Please visit the VTAC website for key dates:

VTAC - SEAS (Special Entry Access Scheme) & Scholarships

The Special Entry Access Scheme (SEAS) is the VTAC special consideration application for circumstances that have made it hard for you to do your best at study. There are 4 different SEAS categories, and you can apply for as many as you feel are relevant to your circumstances.

It's best to get started early, as most categories require additional evidence about the circumstances. Our wellbeing team will be doing a presentation for all Year 12 students explaining this application and requirements further.
