Disability Inclusion Profiles

The Disability Inclusion Profile (DIP) looks at 31 Activities under 6 Domains. In the profile meeting it is discussed and agreed upon what Level of Adjustment (LoA) the student requires and is receiving in their classes.

The Profile is facilitated by a Disability Inclusions Facilitator, who is an external professional, with either an allied health or teaching background.

Facilitators have undergone intensive specialized training before commencing in the role.

The Facilitator chairs a Student Support Group (SSG) meeting that is specifically for discussing a DIP. Parents, school staff and students all have a voice in this meeting.

The DIP SSG aims to identify in which Activities the student is receiving Adjustments and at what level
