Anticipation

After several postponements due to poor weather, one of our Outdoor Education groups finally made it out on their rafting excursion. I’ve included photos from their practice session, which took place ahead of this week’s Mitchell River camp. I look forward to sharing images from the camp with you in next week’s edition.

You’ll also find some heartwarming photos of our Year 9 students meeting their Junior School buddies for the first time. Together, they will be creating personalised books, which we’ll showcase in next week’s Whispers once they are complete.

Finally, the countdown to exams has begun. With four weeks to go, exams are scheduled over three days from 12–14 October. Students will soon receive study tips and strategies that build on the skills introduced in Semester 1.
