Enrolment Information 

It was a pleasure meeting the lovely families of Balambalam Primary School during the recent Family Interviews.  We are so excited to begin this journey with you and your children in 2026!  If you still need to book a family 1:1 session, please book below using  679e8 code.

These sessions are a vital element of our transition program. 

For families who have received follow-up emails regarding the submission of pending documents, we kindly ask that you submit these as soon as possible to finalise your child's enrolment.

1. Birth Certificate 
2. Passport and Visa Documentation (if applicable)
3. Medicare Immunisation Certificate: How to obtain Medicare Immunisation Certificate?
4. 100 - Point Evidence of Address 100-point Residential Address Check
5. Medical plans, eg, Asthma Action Plan, Anaphylaxis Plan, Allergy Plan
6. If applicable, assessment reports and court orders
