PROGRAM SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS (PSG'S)

Dear Families,

Our recent Learning Conversations provided a valuable opportunity to share academic feedback and celebrate your child’s learning progress. As we move further into the term, our focus now shifts to the Term 4 Program Support Group (PSG) Meetings. These meetings will commence in Week 5 (Monday, 3rd November) and conclude in Week 10.

Allocated timeslots are now available to view via the PAM app. Please take note of your appointment in your diary. While all meetings are scheduled as in-person, you have the option to change this to a virtual meeting if preferred. Should you require assistance with this, please don’t hesitate to contact me at mantoniadis@hrwhitehills.catholic.edu.au

If you opt for a virtual meeting, please click on the link provided in PAM at your scheduled time. Kindly inform the office or myself in advance to ensure a prompt start to your meeting.

Please note that considerable thought and planning have gone into scheduling the PSG appointments. Due to the increasing number of students supported through Learning Diversity, all timeslots are now fully allocated, and unfortunately, rescheduling is not possible.

The PSG meetings provide an important opportunity for collaborative discussions between school, home, and external support services. These conversations enable reflection on the goals established during Term 3 and planning for continued support, including transition for 2026.

Kind regards,

Mandy Antoniadis (Learning Diversity Leader)

THANK YOU AND REQUEST FOR DONATIONS SECONDHAND UNIFORM

The Pastoral Wellbeing Team would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for the generous donations to our second-hand uniform shop. Your support helps ensure all students have access to quality uniforms at an affordable price.

We are currently running low on smaller-sized items. If you're planning a wardrobe cleanout, we would be incredibly grateful for any donations of gently used uniforms, especially in the smaller sizes.

Donations can be dropped off at the school office. Thank you for helping us support our school community!
