On the 20th of October the Year 2 Teachers and myself facilitated a retreat day based on the Sacrament of Reconciliation. During the day we learnt all about the Sacrament of Reconciliation and talked about forgiveness. We read the story of The Lost Sheep and completed a lost sheep art and craft activity. We sang and danced and had a great day! Please enjoy these photos from the day.

On Sunday we celebrated Christ The King! We attended 10am Mass and then participated in a procession around the streets of St. Mary's Church. We then had a great time at the festival! Some of us even got to throw a pie at Fr. Greg! It was a great celebration!

Yesterday our Year 5 students attended a Retreat Day in Kenna Hall facilitated by Ms Tania Morris and some Year 10 students from James Sheahan. The Year 5 children enjoyed the chance to get together and learn all about leadership and what qualities make them a great leader. The retreat titled, "To Lead Like Jesus Did" gave the students in Year 5 a great chance to reflect on the qualities they possess to be used when they become a leader of our school next year. It was a great day!
