Important OSHC Announcement
TheirCare has been selected as our Before and After School, as well as Holiday Program provider, commencing from the first day of Term 2, 2024. A 30 minute parent information session will be held in the hall tonight Wednesday 20 March at 6.15pm. And a further online session will be held on Tuesday 26 March at 6.30pm. Click here for online details. The sessions will provide an opportunity for parents to meet TheirCare staff and address any queries. Easter Raffle-Tickets available on QkR
Get ready for some egg-citing news! Our annual Easter Raffle is just around the corner, and we're thrilled to announce that preparations are in full swing. This year promises to be our most egg-stravagant raffle yet. A BIG THANKYOU to all those parents who donated the chocolate for our raffle. Tickets are $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00 on QkR. Tickets close on Wednesday 27th March at 12pm. The raffle will be drawn on 28th March.
Ride to School Day
RIDE2SCHOOL day is this Friday the 22nd of March. Not only is active travel good for your health, but it’s also good for the environment too! Riding, walking, scooting, or skating to school means there are fewer cars on the road, so let’s see how many of you can RIDE2SCHOOL! Enjoy a snack from our breakfast club on arrival.
Pre-Loved Bike
We have 1 bike looking for a new home. The bike was serviced by Dr Cranky last year and is in good working condition, just a little dusty! Please contact the office if you are interested in giving it a home.
Harmony Day this Friday!
Its Harmony Day at TPS this Friday 22nd March. Students can wear cultural dress or anything orange to celebrate the day!
Battle of the Bands
Exciting news! We're thrilled to announce a new project involving our Year 6 cohort - the much-anticipated "Battle of The Bands." Each Year 6 group (A, B and C) is gearing up to participate and compete against one another in this musical showdown. Our talented students have been diligently practising a song, and they'll be showcasing their skills live during the Battle of the Bands. Save the date for this exciting event, scheduled for the last week of the term on March 26, during lesson 5 at 2:30 pm. Parents welcome!
Coffee Cart Morning, Bake Sale and Entertainment
Join us for a delightful morning on Thursday, March 28 from 8am, as our Year 2 students will showcase their talents at the Coffee Cart event. Your presence and support will not only contribute to the vibrant atmosphere but also help our school thrive. Grab a cup of coffee, enjoy a baked treat made by our grade 6 cohort, mingle with fellow parents, and applaud our enthusiastic students as they showcase their recorder and singing skills. Students will commence their performance at 8.45am.
We anticipate a wonderful turnout and look forward to seeing you all there!

Our second-hand uniform stall will open on Thursday 28 March from 8.30 am to 9.15 am.

Term 1 Concludes
Term 1 concludes on Thursday 28 March at 2.30pm. Assembly will be from 2:05pm to 2:30pm. Students will return to school on Monday 15th April at 8.55am. Have a very happy and safe Easter/school holiday break.
Mothers Day Lunch - Tickets on Sale on QkR
We are thrilled to announce that the much-anticipated 2024 Toorak Primary Mother's Day
Luncheon is fast approaching. Join us in celebrating our wonderful community of TPS mothers, carers, and special friends. Set in the beautiful Botanical Gardens, get ready for a day of fun, prizes, delicious food and great company.
Date: Friday the 3rd of May 12pm- 4pm
Venue: The Terrace – Royal Botanical Gardens Melbourne
Tickets are available on QKR and include canapes and drink on arrival, a two course lunch and lots of fun. Drinks at bar prices.
If you have a table organised, please specify a Table Leader name in the comments section of your Qkr purchase. Otherwise, we will endeavour to seat you with other mothers from the same year level. Please also specify any dietary requirements.
