Assistant Principal's Message

NAPLAN

Last week our year 3 and 5 students undertook NAPLAN assessments in Writing, Reading, Conventions of Language and Numeracy. 

Firstly, I want to take a moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to each and every one of the students for their exceptional participation in the NAPLAN assessments. Their dedication, effort, and commitment to performing at their best have not gone unnoticed.

Throughout the assessments the students demonstrated willingness to tackle the challenges presented with determination and focus speaks volumes about their character and resilience. Whether it was navigating complex questions, demonstrating literacy skills, or showcasing their mathematical prowess, they approached each task with a commendable level of maturity and poise.

Their achievements serve as a testament to their hard work and preparation, as well as the support and guidance provided by teachers and families over many years of schooling

Secondly I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our parents for your invaluable support and dedication in preparing our students for the NAPLAN assessments. Your commitment to their education and well-being has played a significant role in their readiness and confidence.

Lastly I thank the many teachers over the students’ school life,  your unwavering dedication and tireless efforts in preparing our students for the NAPLAN assessments. Your commitment to their academic growth and success is truly commendable, and your hard work has not gone unnoticed. We are grateful for your passion and expertise in guiding our students toward excellence.
