CHES Expo & Masterclasses

Upcoming events in Term 2, 2024

CHES students have access to a range of additional enrichment opportunities, including masterclasses, full-day seminars, social events and opportunities to engage with university staff and students.

Masterclasses - Term 2

The first four masterclasses for Term 2 are commencing soon. These masterclasses are available to current CHES students as well as students in government schools across Victoria who may be interested in these advanced topics.

There is no cost for the masterclasses, but pre-registration is essential.

We invite students to join these upcoming masterclasses through the CHES. The masterclasses are interactive and in-depth 60 to 75 minute sessions with leading university academics and industry experts in the areas of advanced technologies and solutions for significant world problems. Students will have the opportunity to find out more about research, innovation and technology in large-scale agriculture, space science, cybersecurity, and strategies to address climate change and food production for a growing world population.

Students are welcome to choose which masterclass to attend. All masterclasses are available to students across Victoria both online via Zoom and on-site at CHES, with opportunities for Q&A online or onsite. Students who join on-site will be supervised by CHES staff.
