PARENTS, TEACHERS & FRIENDS MEETING

Thank you to the family members who attended our PTF Meeting last Tuesday evening.

We have tentatively scheduled a Working Bee at Sacred Heart School for Sunday, 26th May. We would love to see as many families as possible come to the school to complete a list of jobs around the premises. 

Further to our PTF Executive Team, the following positions were decided upon:

We want to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff and families who baked delicious treats for our PTF Stall at the Boggabri Show n' Shine. Thank you to Coles Gunnedah for their generous donations of gift vouchers to purchase ice cream, cones, and toppings, which were also sold at the store on the day. 

Thank you to the families who came on Saturday to either set up, pack up, run the stall or support it by purchasing delicious treats. Your support was greatly appreciated.

The stall was a great success, as we sold every item donated. We managed to raise a total of $796. What an outstanding accomplishme!

DROVERS CAMPFIRE ~ BOGGABRI

The PTF will run the BBQ at the Drovers Campfire on Friday, 26th April, from 8am - 11:30am.

Students have been invited to sing the National Anthem on Friday, 26th April, at 5:00pm. If your child can be part of the choir, please complete this Google form asa.

NEXT GENERAL PTF MEETING

This meeting will be held at the school on Wednesday, 10th April, at 5:30pm. If you can't attend in person, a Zoom link will be sent out before the meeting.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK (WWCC) 

Parents who volunteer at the school in any capacity around children other than their own must also have a Working With Children Check. Volunteer Working With Children Checks can be obtained from Service NSW and, once obtained, are valid for 5 years. Just a friendly reminder that if you are a member of the PTF, you must have a current Working With Children Check. If you are unsure, don't hesitate to contact Ms Traynor in the office.

NO CANTEEN ~ Friday 29th March (GOOD FRIDAY)

If you can volunteer your time on any Friday to help keep this service to the children going, don't hesitate to contact Sophie Rodstrom.

UNIFORM SHOP

Please check your child's Winter Uniforms to see if they need anything for Term 2 & 3. There is limited stock in the Uniform Shop so it would be appreciated if you could plan ahead in case anything needs to be ordered.
