FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS 2024
FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS FOR 2024
SENTRAL PARENT PORTAL
We are now using the Sentral Parent Portal for all communication, including permission notes, financial information, attendance and reports.
If you are unable to access Sentral, please contact the school to enable us to assist you with accessing your Sentral Parent Portal.
All parent payment school contributions will be accessible through the Sentral Parent Portal. These will be visible on your home page with a breakdown for each child. This is a very simple, user-friendly process for families, providing the flexibility to organise your payments online anytime.
Sentral is an added option to the current methods of payment - BPay, direct debit or payment at the general office.
We welcome part payments which can be paid in instalments over the course of the school year and we have provided an example payment schedule below for your information. Please contact Brooke Baker if you wish to discuss a payment plan.
CSEF (Camps Sports Excursions Funds)
Excursions, camps and sporting events are extra charges that are not listed on student booklists that may arise during the year. Families that hold a current Health Care Card can use CSEF to pay for any camps, sporting events or excursions, including visiting artists. CSEF forms are available at the General Office. If you think you may be eligible, please call the office and we can send a form home for you to sign and return.
The amounts for 2024 that families may be entitled to are $150 for primary students, and $250 for secondary students.
Chromebooks
In 2024, Mortlake College School Council continues to support the Chromebook program enabling all students to always access their own device:
Year 3 students receive a new Chromebook;
Year 7 students receive a new Chromebook as part of the 3-year cycle.
The school’s commitment to each device is $200 which leaves a balance of $220 payable by families. Students will not be allowed to take the Chromebook home with them until the device has been paid in full.
New students enrolling at Mortlake College from Year 3 and above are also eligible for the uptake of a new Chromebook at the subsidised amount.
Any repairs for damage (either accidental or deliberate) will be an additional cost to families.
UNIFORM
All uniform must be paid for prior to receiving.
