Are you eligible for free dental care?

Smile Patrol School Dental will be attending Nossal High School on the 22nd July 2024. 

If you would like your child to have a dental visit please complete the consent form here:  https://smilepatrol.com.au/consent-form/ Deadline for forms submissions is: 19th June 2024.

Students who qualify under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) can receive various dental treatments, including tooth cleaning, x-rays, fissure sealants, and fluoride application tailored to their specific needs.

Smile Patrol School Dental will provide you with a dental care plan that outlines the treatment your child received and any additional recommendations. The plan will help you stay informed about your child’s dental care and guide you on any further steps that may be needed.

Smile Patrol School Dental will let Nossal High School know who has completed the online consent form once you have registered online. We will then organise Compass permissions for you to meet the dentist. 

As we know dental services are extremely expensive these days, so this is a great free service for families.
